What is SMART Farm?
S - Soybean
M - Management
A - Appropriate
R - Research and
T - Technology
The SMART Farm, or Soybean Management with Appropriate Research and Technology, is a soybean management system that answers the question, “How do I grow soybeans?”
This management system can suit a number of partner needs, but we have found over the years that organizations with out-grower networks or organizations that support commercial agriculture are best positioned to get the most value out of the SMART Farm system.
If used appropriately the SMART Farms assure farmers a path to 2.5 metric ton per hectare yields and average net-returns of $850 USD per hectare.
